Containment is.

If you cannot hold your own heat without spilling it onto others,
you do not belong near what we preserve.

The standard exists.
It is not taught.
Those who belong recognize it without language.
Those who ask to be coached into it disqualify themselves.
A standard that must justify itself is already dissolving.
IV. VOW OVER MOOD
You are not what you feel.
You are what you uphold.
Your best day does not represent you.
Your worst day does not excuse you.
If your integrity requires applause, rest, romance, or reassurance,
it is not integrity.
V. STRUCTURE OVER IMPULSE
Charisma is common.
Structure is rare.
If you cannot build, maintain, and protect what you touch,
you will not be permitted to touch what matters here.
VI. THE RECORD IS NOT OWED
Talent does not entitle access.
Beauty does not guarantee inscription.
Effort does not create obligation.
Entitlement is immediate disqualification.
VII. CORRECTION IS FINAL
When alignment breaks, removal is clean.
No spectacle. No appeal. No rehabilitation narrative.
